I don’t know where I was when this came out but I totally missed the boat on it! Lavender Diamond (aka Becky Stark) relased the beautiful song “Open Your Heart” as a 7″ in the UK and the B-side was Decemberists frontman Colin Meloy covering the gorgeous “Oh No.” Luckily, I have the mp3 here for you all! The two are obviously buddies because Becky sings on The Hazards of Love, the Decemberists’ awesomely epic new record. Becky plays the protagonist’s lover, Margaret.
