So, not to brag or anything, but tomorrow my friends (yes, my friends) and I are having a party. The theme for the party? 90′s hip-hop and r&b. Great awesome radical. Should I dress up as Kriss Kross? Should I play music from my boombox? Check out these songs that totally brought my childhood into a finer focus.
♫ Lauryn Hill – Doo Wop (That Thing)
♫ Puff Daddy – Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down
♫ Coolio – 1, 2, 3, 4 (Sumpin’ New)(Timber Mix)
♫ Aaliyah – Rock the Boat
♫ Positive K – I Got a Man
If you have any suggestions for other artists/songs, they are greatly appreciated.

Comment by Michael August 30, 2009 @ 3:01 pmIf there is anyone you should be blogging about is Nneka – she’s a new artist from Nigeria that traveled to Germany to study and sing. She’s really good, has a real unique sound and a genuine artist not like a lot around right now.
Check her out!
