News from another Hush Records alumni group, Norfolk & Western (Rachel Blumberg, drummer, was also the drummer for the Decemberists for Her Majesty and Picaresque). She and singer Adam Selzer are the main force behind the band. They’re streaming their new album called Dinero Severo on their website for a limited amount of time, so act fast! Their past records have always been gorgeous and lush compositions, so I have high expectations for this one.

They’re also heading out on tour with Mirah and Blitzen Trapper, so it’ll be a Northwestern Invasion coming to your town this fall.
